Pasta di mais con sugo al tonno - Senza Glutine


I first tested this type of pasta at a friend’s place, if she would not have told me what the pasta was made of I would not have noticed the difference... it was CORN PASTA --> GLUTEN FREE.

The ingredients of this pasta are: corn flour, salt and water. It seems so easy and I definitely want to try making it myself, for now in Stockholm I have found the Italian brand “Le Veneziane - MOLINO DI FERRO” and found it really good. Here I found corn pasta in shape of tagliatelle and penne rigate but I guess in Italy you can find many other shapes and brands.



In Sweden there are a lot of people with allergies and many cannot eat anything that contains gluten… I learnt a lot about this, it is very good to know especially when you have guests for dinner and they are allergic to gluten.

Da celiaca dico che questa è la pasta migliore che abbia mai assaggiato e meritava un po' di pubblicità! Baci
