I am now back at work after two weeks of vacation, I had a very good time and recharged my batteries. I was in New York for the first time and will soon write a post and tell you all about that.

Yesterday I prepared this very quick sauce for pasta, the recipe is from an Italian chef from region Puglia, I met him here in Stockholm last June when he came for an Italian food event. This dish is so quick to make and absolutely delicious..
