Torta di noci soffice
This is one of my favorite cake, it is fluffy and has a rich taste of walnuts. It is perfect with a cup of tea as afternoon snack but it works well for breakfast too. My aunt made this cake first and them passed it to everyone in our family.

Well, I had a lot of walnuts left from Christmas time but I knew immediately what cake I could do with them.
